Kirsty H. in Ayrshire has a top quality authentic US Western saddle, but very light, approx 24lbs. Excellent condition, 4yrs old, only had light use. Suitable for trail riding, freestyle, finesse, endurance, whatever. Works well with Theraflex pad. Imported from US but my youngster just kept getting wider - suit a slimmer equine! 2) Horses for Sale

Easterton Farm in Perthshire has three lovely four year old homebred horses for sale, started along Parelli lines. All jumping barrels on line and all loading. All know the seven games. These are the last chance, with the exception of one three year old, to purchase a Gleannmhor bred horse as we have finished breeding.

Gleannmhor Quintette –  4 year old Chestnut P.B Welsh filly, approx. 16 hands. Worked in rope halter and now learning to go in a bridle as well. Lovely paces. Seen here first time sat on. Will make stunning all rounder. Full sister to Pavanne, seen working with Ann Hunt on the Alison Jones course end of June at Easterton. Quintette is mainly Left brain extrovert, with medium energy levels, friendly, playful, somewhat dominant but improving all the time. Not particularly spooky. Always comes to you in the field. Her elder sister Octavia is winning in dressage.

Gleannmhor Quince 4 year old chestnut Welsh Cob filly, approx 14.2. Again pictured here first time sat on. Quince would also be a good all rounder and certainly of the quality to show as a Welsh Cob.  Seen on the latest Alison Jones course at Easterton behaving beautifully. She is a little more right brain – not at all dominant, and  would give her all when trust gained. Very sweet and lovely to handle. Responds very quickly.

Gleannmhor Quattro 4 year old bay Welsh Cob gelding approx 15.2. Very classy paces, show quality and would make great all rounder. Elder brother is working at medium level dressage and been placed at the Highland Show. Left brain extrovert – very playful , always comes to the gate – ‘please play with me’. Less dominant than Quintette. Participated on the Alison Jones course for a session. Coped very well. Learns very quickly. Just started with bridle as well. Fun horse to work with.

3) Horse for Sale

Eriskay mare: We have decided after careful consideration to put our Eriskay mare up for sale. Eriskays are extremely rare with only 300 ponies having any Eriskay blood in them. Our mare is one of only forty 100% pure mares and of a very rare bloodline. She is perfectly put together and is an identical half sister to this years RHS Eriskay winner, Cuill Ruaraidh. She has a 2 month foal at foot, out of Tobermory, who has already been playing the first three Parelli games and is extremely well handled. As Pollei is so important to the breed we have decided that she really ought to be bred from every year and we will find it very difficult to take her up and down to stallions so we are looking for a knowledgeable breeding home with an interest in Eriskays or rare breeds. We are happy to accept offers close to £4,000 for Pollei and her foal.

1) 16yr old chestnut gelding. 14hh who really needs to go to someone who wants to progress online and liberty as he can be unpredictable ridden. He was going very well for the riding school but we find that if he gets more than a week off work he is nappy - you never know what you are getting on as he is fab one day then nappy the next. We have played with him and he is intelligent - he likes to try - but I think he has had a bad past (I have only had him since last Summer) so need someone to take him on and show him patience and love whilst playing with him to keep him stimulated. I only want offers around £800 for him as he is stunning and could show in hand etc but I know he has problems so would rather he was with the right person.

2) 20yr old Highland pony gelding, ex-trekking pony who has been used for Level 1 courses. He is sound and safe to hack out, has bags of personality (he is our herd leader) and will give someone many more years of fun if used at a level appropriate for his age. He is good to shoe, will hack out alone or in company and played nicely at the first Alison Jones course we held. He is built like a barrel so will be very comfy for freestyle! (Our current trek leader rides him bareback on the buckle end of a snaffle) £995 ono.

3) Finally my star pupil - no Parelli experience yet but sure he will take to it as he is just FAB! He is a registered 4yr old Fell pony with excellent bloodlines for showing. He has been backed since Spring and goes nicely in all three paces, is very willing to learn more, and has popped small jumps in the arena. He has an amazing temperament with stunning good looks. I cannot explain how exciting this pony's future is! I have video and more if anyone interested. £3500 ono for this superb little chap.
